Elected Members' Interests
Under section 74(2) of the Local Government Act, any member who becomes aware of a conflict of interest at any Council, local authority or committee meeting must declare a relevant interest.
The CEO maintains a register of declared interests. A copy of the register is at Register of Elected Members' Interests in accordance with Section 200(g) of the Local Government Act.
