ICT Support Officer

Salary Level: 4 - $63,132.67 + 6 weeks annual leave + 17.5 % leave loading + 9.5 % superannuation. 

Applicants will be assessed as they are received and the position will remain open until a suitable applicant is identified.

In this role you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and in accordance with Council corporation plans, policies and relevant legislation, this position is responsible for efficient and effective Information and Customer Services support. Services include IT, Facilities, Customer and administrative support within the Business Support Services frameworks

 Selection Criteria:

 Essential 

  • Strong written and verbal communication, influencing and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven knowledge and skills in the use of ICT systems and hardware
  • Proven knowledge and skills in applications including Microsoft Office, Electronic Document Management Systems
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills proven ability to analyse and interpret ICT and record management results
