A community engagement meeting was held by NT Health on 26 August in Ti Tree, supported by Central Desert Regional Council (CDRC) and local police.
It was attended by Central Land Council (CLC) representatives, Anmatjere community residents and local clinic staff. It included a barbecue with drinks and fruit held in Carter Haines Park.
COVID-19 information was delivered followed by a chance for residents to ask questions, which there were a few.
“NT Health representatives answered all the questions with scenario type situations, which I think worked well,” said CDRC Community Services Manager Jason McKissock.
