The LRCI supports councils to deliver priority local road and community infrastructure projects in their region, creating jobs and long-lasting benefits for communities.
The works were carried out by Danny Orr Earthmoving and have improved access to the community of Nyirripi through upgrading the 3 km section on the Nyirripi Road as well as additional works, as part of a variation on the contract, to a 2 km flood damaged section.
