The signs were painted by the children of Atitjere at the recreation hall, with the supervision of Shamayla Presley from YSR. They have been placed around the school, basketball court, store and the recreation hall, to remind drivers to slow down, particularly in areas where children cross the road.
“The young kids did a fantastic job of decorating the signs and I hope drivers do obey the road rules,” said Dennis Braun, Council Services Coordinator, Atitjere.
