After an introductory speech by CDRC CEO, Leslie Manda, 23 staff from seven communities with their robes on received their certificates. These were handed out by Sally Morris, CEO, and John McNeur from the training organisation, Response Employment and Training, and CDRC CEO Leslie Manda.
“About 90% of our staff now have this qualification, which is a great achievement,” said Marlin De Silva, Regional Manager Aged Care.
