This year was the first that CDRC had a male team and a female team made up of Yuelamu and Yuendumu participants to create a ‘CDRC All Stars’ team. Males from Yuelamu, Laramba and Yuendumu joined with other communities from Central Australia to form mixed teams.
A big congratulations to the Harts Range female team for winning the competition! They put their team together independently and took out the top spot in the female under 18s AFL competition.
We're incredibly proud of all our players for their spirit and dedication. Thanks to AFLNT for this wonderful event, a fantastic opportunity for our young people to come together, build friendships, and showcase their skills. CDRC is committed to supporting youth in our communities through sport and recreation.
