Central Desert Regional Council (CDRC) Youth and Communities are pleased to announce that the grand finals (softball and AFL) will be played tomorrow at Yuendumu oval.
To get there, Laramba won both the softball and AFL in the East Competition, defeating Ti Tree, Atitjere and Engawala.
Yuendumu also won both the softball and AFL in the West Competition, defeating Nyirripi, Yuelamu and Willowra.
In this epic battle to be the Central Desert Youth Sports League champions, Laramba and Yuendumu compete for the magnificent cups and ultimate bragging rights for 2024.
The competition kicks off at 11am, with softball up first. This will be followed by a community barbecue, the AFL and then the presentations.
