“The Youth, Sport and Recreation team at Central Desert Regional Council wanted to do our bit to support children who can’t attend school and youth programs.” said Aaron Tannahill, Program Manager – Youth, Sport and Recreation.
“We understand the importance of education and an active lifestyle, so we have created these packs to drop off at houses where a child, or multiple children, can’t leave the home.”
The bags will be dropped off to our Youth, Sport and Recreation funded communities for delivery, and the Youth, Sport and Recreation staff will facilitate drop offs to houses.
