International Women’s Day is celebrated around the world each year on 8 March. Central Desert Regional Council (CDRC) held its own celebrations.

Christmas came early for the communities of Central Desert Regional Council (CDRC).

The Alice Springs office Christmas party was held on 25 November at 1690 restaurant at the racecourse. It was a celebration of the year that passed and all the great achievements made by CDRC.

The first week of December kicked off with Laramba Youth, Sport and Recreation (YSR) having a Christmas barbecue and putting up their Christmas tree.

The 2022 Tidy Town awards ceremony took place in Darwin on 25 November and Central Desert Regional Council (CDRC) were there to receive their awards.
