Ti Tree Library Reopens with Celebration

In October the Ti Tree library was reopened to the public after being renovated. The event was celebrated with kangaroo tails, a sausage sizzle and activities by Early Childhood Australia.

Atitjere's Glowing Speed Bumps: A Shining Example of Road Safety

There is now a series of luminous speed bumps on the roads of Atitjere. These aren't your ordinary speed bumps; at night they glow with a green hue, thanks to an initiative by Central Desert Regional Council (CDRC).

Central Desert to run Child Care in Ti Tree

Central Desert Regional Council (CDRC) will run an early childhood education and care service in Ti Tree, after an announcement of new funding by the Minister for Early Childhood Education, the Hon Dr Anne Aly MP. Once established, it will provide access to vital quality early childhood education and care to residents.
